Culinary Communities, Neighbor

I am a freelance chef living and working here in the Twin Cities. An avid Marathoner very active in the local south minneapolis area bringing together my love of running and healthy living through food. I volunteer on the Culinary Communities board of directors and contributing writer for their website at culinarycommunities.blogspot.com. A graduate of the Culinary Arts program at Minneapolis Com. and Tech. College in downtown minneapolis specializing in baking and chocolate. I am very glade to be given the opportunity to contribute to the southwest patch and hope I will be around for a while.
