At one Southwest Minneapolis eatery, patrons are getting creative. According to a staff member, dollar bills folded, origami-style, into all manner of shapes keeps showing up in the tip jar at Tangletown's Sun Street Breads. It could pose a dillema for staff, though: money is nice, but who would want to take apart creations like these?

Sun Street Breads, the popular cafe at 46th and Nicollet, is expanding its offerings, much to the probable delight of its fans. Not yet a year old, the eatery quietly began offering its dinner menu a couple of weeks ago. It was always in their plans, owners say, but now that the business has attracted a strong following, it seemed a good time to break out of their breakfast and lunch-only shackles (especially as they've now made the favorites list of Twin Cities foodie queen Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl).
