Chelsea Adams and Amy Lavender are crime prevention specialists in the Fifth Precinct. They're civilian employees of the Minneapolis Police Department who serve as a conduit between community members and the police. They work to train block leaders, respond to crime trends and promote community events. Lavender covers the East Harriet, Kingfield, Lyndale, Armatage, Fulton, Kenny, Lynnhurst, Tangletown and Windom neighborhoods.
