Lenczewski is correct in stating that the Vikings stadium should have been financed, in large measure, by the Vikings ownership and by personal seat licenses paid by seat holders. Parents shouldn't be paying extra fare to buy sporting equipment for their kids so that professional athletes can play in local venues. It's another reason the Twin Cities creeps closer and closer to being nothing more than a cold Omaha!

For one thing, I and a lot of other people refuse to call any sports venue by some corporate name. Who in his right mind would NOT be embarrassed to say he is going to "Minute Maid Park" in Houston?.
Why have two football stadiums that each are used only ten days out of 365 every year? This Viking stadium boondoggle is just a payoff to the construction trades in Minneapolis.

And although his time with FSN does not allow him the same commitment, Tom Chorske has also been working with the program.
