Look elsewhere for a fulfilling yoga experience...
The first instructor I had was OK, but the day she had a sub was just an awful class. The gentleman instructing had the room way too hot and did little to work the core, which is the whole point of yoga. They do not offer much of a variety. It is either high, high intensity (no coaching for new or difficult moves, actually no coaching at all), or meditative. There is no moderate level. The only thing good about Sigh is its location.
