Pearson's Edina Restaurant has provided Scandinavian hospitality and traditional meals since 1973. Swedish meatballs and lutefisk are special favorites from November 1 through approximately January 4th. Catering is available. The atmosphere is friendly, the service is efficient and diners don't leave hungry.
