Mulberrys will destroy your most loved clothing item. They are unprofessional and dishonest. I also have yet to receive my refund and have not heard back from customer service for over 2 weeks. Save yourself the headache and skip this cleaners...and warn your friends and family.

Miserable customer service at every step!!
Clerks who won't give estimates for alterations, a tailor who harrassed us with phone calls to complain about our requests, clerks who overcharge, and a customer service department that wasn't empowered (or didn't care?) to help retain valuable clientele... I'd be wary about bringing items here since I saw no glimmers of customer care through any of my interactions with Mulberry.
