Tom is very knowledgable and did a wonderful job of restoring my 100 year old clock. I bought the clock at a local antique store and since Tom repaired it five years ago, it has worked perfectly. Once, when I had a question regarding it (because I didn't wind it and the chime was not ringing the proper number of times), he was very helpful in instructing me on how to change the hour hand. He did that for free. I highly recommend his shop for any clock repair.
