Owner and Detroit native Greg Alford smokes his ribs for three hours in his electric smoker and keeps them simple, well-spiced and tender at C & G's Smoking Barbeque. All of the unique dishes reflect a home-cooked feel with a hint of Alford's Motown and Southern roots. C & G offers everything from individual portions to affordable family packs with a choice of wings, seasonal fish, or whole chicken with sides included.
