Movies are planned for next weekend in Southwest Minneapolis.
All the following information was provided by the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board.

The following is information on movies and music in area parks for the week of Monday, June 3 through Sunday, June 9:
Music
Lake Harriet BandshellShows start at 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Sundays.
Monday, June 3: BBB Jazz Orchestra
- Big Band Standards.
- High energy rockabilly and swinging blues.
- Hit songs 1930s thrus 1960s.
- Real American Made Music.
- Four-time Minnesota Music Award winners.
- Classic country of the 1950s, 60s and 70s.
- Male vocal ensemble. *Begins at 2 p.m.
- Popular, well known concert music. *Begins at 5:30 p.m.
Shows start at 7 p.m.
Monday, June 3 at Nicollet Island Pavilion: Redemption Alley Band
- Indie Rock Americana.
- Jazz, blues, rock, acoustic guitar.
Shows start at 7 p.m.
Wednesday, June 5: Nordic Surf
- Instrumental Surf/Rock.
- Folk rock singer, songwriter and guitarist.
- Alternative pop and rock.
Shows start at 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, June 4 -- The Legendary Percolaters Band
- 60s rock, blues, FUN and cowbells!
- Folk, bluegrass, country, roots trio.
