TIME: 7:00 p.m. Tuesday

LAST MEETING: The teams have not played in the last 3 years.

On the line for the Millers:

This is a chance for Washburn to get their first win of the year. Beating an undefeated team will be a huge motivational tool for the players for the rest of the year.

On the line for the Cougars:

This is a chance for St. Paul Como Park to show they are for real. Getting a win on the road an keeping their record unblemished will give them confidence to go all the way this year.

Players to watch:

Khadijah Segura (MH) – Millers

Segura will have to be the leader for the Millers. She is the only senior on the team and the younger players will be looking to her for guidance and encouragement. She is a great team player so this should not be a problem for her.

Alissa Denn (MH) – Cougars

Denn will need to use her height. Standing at 6’, she will be an imposing figure on the court.

Millers win if...

They play hard and don’t get overly excited. Playing on the road is always tough and this will be no exception. They need to relay on their senior leaders and their coaches to come out with a win.

Cougars win if...

They use their strength which is height and experience. They should attack the net all night and ware down the frontline of the Millers. They can’t relay on the comforts of home to be the only thing that gets them the win.
