Stadium opponents on the Minneapolis City Council are preparing to hold their own forums, but Mayor RT Rybak isn't going to be outdone. Tuesday night, he's holding a forum in South Minneapolis to discuss his stadium proposal and—presumably—to try to win some residents over.
