Hwa Rang Do Minneapolis Sweatin' for School Supplies - Yoga

The Hwa Rang Do’s Health & Wellness Program is teaming up to help students in need with school supplies!  Saturday, July 14th marks its second session of fitness fun with their newest instructor Kim!  She's happy to make the class accessible to all, including those new to yoga, parents, grandparents, kids, teens, as well as the experienced yogis! After the 1-hour class, stick around for some refreshing snacks and the belt ceremony that begins at 11:30.

The Caring Tree's mission is to promote educational success for Minnesota K-12 students in need by ensuring they have adequate school supplies.  Suggested donation is $20, which will send 1 student back to school with a backpack filled with 30 (yes, 30!) school supplies.  Open to the public, so spread the word to your family, friends and neighbors - let's exceed our goal to provide financial contributions for over 100 backpacks over the summer!

The third charitable fitness session will be the following week, Saturday, July 21st - Zumba party with Amy @ 6:30 p.m., mark your calendars!
