- Rep. Frank Hornstein (DFL-Minneapolis) introduced a bill that would grant $2 million to design and improve drainage around I-35W. It would also impact some communities in Southwest and Northeast Minneapolis that use the interstate's drainage tunnels. Rep. Jeff Hayden is a co-signer in the House. Sen.
