Minneapolis Democrats will be spread throughout city Tuesday night for the 2013 caucuses.
What is a caucus?
A caucus helps a political party gain consensus as to how voters have aligned their political and candidate preferences. Caucuses are also held for the purpose of electing delegates to consider endorsements of candidates. And with the Star Tribune predicting the Minneapolis DFL's endorsement process to be especially pivotal this year, those most active Dems will no doubt be out in full force Tuesday night.
