Windom Thieves Steal...Tire Nuts?

Windom driver victim of unusual theft.

On Sunday, one resident of the 6100 block of Nicollet Avenue South realized some important things had been stolen from her car.

It wasn't the usual iPod or satellite navigation system. It wasn't even change from the center console, either.

It was the five bolts that, under normal circumstances, conspire to keep her car's left rear wheel firmly in its place, attached to the axle.
