Police: Help Us Find This Man

CCTV image shows possible suspect in a Southwest Minneapolis burglary.

Nearly two months ago, on Sept. 4, a house on the 4200 block of Stevens Avenue South was broken into shortly after 7 a.m. while its owners were out of town.

A neighbor called 911 after hearing noise coming from the house, according to a written statement from the Minneapolis Police Department, but officers weren't able to track them down. Within an hour of the incident, though, the victim's credit card—one of the items taken by the burglar—was used at an Uptown gas station.

Store security cameras captured three images of the man—posted at right—who used that card. Police say they don't know if he was the burglar, but they hope he can help them solve the crime.
