Minneapolis Police have recently received reports of a man going door to door in the Fifth Precinct asking for contributions for Habitat for Humanity—and when residents decline to give any money, he becomes angry and defensive.

Police are reminding residents that all solicitors, including charitable organizations, must carry a solicitor’s license with their name and picture on it.
