In the latest installment of the mysterious Linden Hills garden thefts, one house on the 4600 block and another on the 4700 block of Vincent Avenue South had solar-powered walkway lights and patio furniture stolen Saturday night.
Numerous thousands of dollars of plants pilfered over the last few months. Some houses have been hit more than once, by thieves who appear well-enough-versed in horticulture to almost surgically remove specific, valuable plants.
The first such crime this summer ocured in the early hours of May 30.
