Frisbee Fetch Leads to Dog Off Leash Citation

March 26
Diana Estrada-Leon of St. Louis Park was stopped on 31st Street W and cited for not having a Minnesota Driver’s License. Estrada-Leon presented a Mexican Consular ID card, and left her car legally parked for her mother to pick up.
March 25
Kavyan Ally Bazooband of Gem Lake was cited for driving with a suspended license after officers parked near Humboldt Avenue and 54th Street saw him run a stop light.
An Emerson Avenue resident received a citation for having a dog off leash in Lyndale Park while throwing a green frisbee to his small black-and-white dog.
