Drunk 18-Year-Old Arrested After Sharing Plans With Police to 'Go Out and Party'

The Tangletown woman had a .25 blood alcohol percentage.

An 18-year-old Tangletown woman with a blood alcohol percentage of .25 was booked into Hennepin County Jail on June 5 after announcing to police her intention to “go out and party.”

Police had responded to the Washburn Park Water Tower because the woman’s 17-year-old friend needed medical attention.

The woman’s friend was cited for consumption of liquor by a minor and transported to the hospital.

Another underage friend under the influence of alcohol was released to her father’s custody.
