Community Corner

2011 Graffiti Prevention Project

The Kingfield Neighborhood Association was awarded a grant from the City of Minneapolis to create a welcoming entrance into the neighborhood from the east.  The project will focus on a mural attached to the soundwall and also an entryway garden to prevent loitering and access to the wall (to prevent more graffiti).

Any community members interested are welcome to attend this initial meeting.

Please contact KFNA at info@kingfield.org if you are interested in the project and plan on attending, or if you would like to attend future meetings but cannot make this initial conversation.
