Weight Loss Workshop 

Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor Amanda Cole will guide you through a yoga practice to reduce stress, boost metabolism and increase body awareness. This class will include sound nutrition information and your personal questions will be addressed. You will become acquainted with natural foods, and each other, as you prepare and eat a healthful, and tasty meal together.

From Amanda: “I am excited to lead you to more mindful eating as well as positive self-image and acceptance of the place you are at  in your journey.  As a yoga instructor, personal trainer, and boot camp coach, I have had the honor and priveledge to help my clients change habits, lose weight, and improve their lives.  Please join us for a life-changing experience among friends.  There will be an option to join a community weight loss challenge/contest for the month of February and many tools to help with that will be offered at the yoga workshop.”     $50
