RESCHEDULED for JANUARY 26. 1-3:30 Due to Winter Warnings.
A truly special workshop for those who are interested in pausing reflecting and listening for our deeper wisdom in setting intention for the New Year.
In Sanskrit, the word Sankalpa means “intention born from the heart.” It is intended to bring out the best in us. Vinyasa yoga, breath work and journaling will help us purify the body, open the heart and clear the mind. The practice of Nidra (delicious yogic sleep) offers us deep relaxation, allowing us to become blissfully quiet so we might listen for the whisperings of our own heart.

2014 holds amazing possibilities for you and in this workshop Nina will guide you toward setting your own Sankalpa. This personalized intention is directed toward outcome, and praises the nobility of yours effort rather than focusing on wrong doings.
With new direction and devotion this experience will help you bring your yoga “off the mat” and into daily life. Honor the past (2013) and invite 2014 intentions. Now that it is officially your time to recoup from the celebration of the holidays, bring yourself to a quiet reflective space for: all levels yoga, drumming and Tibetan singing bowls, moving and sitting meditation, resolution/intention commitment session and a traditional tea followed with a closing Chant Ceremony.
