LINDEN HILLS WOOFSTOCK

More
than 4,000 people and their dogs are expected as the Linden Hills Business
Association hosts its ninth annual Linden
Hills Woofstock day for dog lovers on Saturday,
September 7, 2012.
  The event
will take place in the Linden Hills Business District on 43rd Street
between Upton Avenue South and Vincent Avenue South in Minneapolis from 10am to
3pm, and is free to all.

Dogs and their people can stroll the business district to
take advantage of special events and discounts at neighborhood merchants.  The streets are also home to the Linden
Hills Woofstock Love-In Exhibition, this year boasting a record 49+ booths full
of Fido finds—from grooming, rescuing, luggage, and food to clothing, bedding,
photography, a children’s book author, walking, and boarding.  Other events include live music, a
demonstration by the Minneapolis Police Canine Unit, and the annual dog trick
contests, hosted by K102’s Amy James.

Linden
Hills Woofstock 2013 is sponsored by Pampered Pooch Playground, Bubbly Paws
Self-Service Dog Wash, ADOGO Pet Hotels, SidewalkDog.com, and Minnesota Parent Magazine.
