Journey through the Meridians - A Yin/Yang Practice
In this two-hour workshop, you will explore the 12 meridians through a special series of yin and yang yoga postures along with traditional breath exercises. Meridians, an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, are channels that chi, our life force energy, travels throughout the body. When chi is flowing freely, we experience balance, vitality, and freedom. You will learn about each meridian, signs of balance and imbalance, and yoga postures that support optimal well-being. We will explore the five elements (fire, water, earth, metal, wood) and their relationship to the meridians. No yoga experience necessary. $25
