Free High School Sports Physicals

Twin Cities
Orthopedics hosts free Minnesota State High School League Sports Qualifying
Physical Exams at six locations.




WHAT:           FREE



Minnesota State High School League Qualifying Physicals



Twin Cities Orthopedics is partnering with various Twin Cities primary care
groups to offer free Minnesota State High School League qualifying physicals at
six locations. The Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) requires the exam
of all students participating in a high school sports. MSHSL is a voluntary,
non-profit association for the support and governance of interscholastic
activities at Minnesota’s
high schools.



The screenings are intended for generally healthy athletes without any known,
pre-existing health problems. Athletes with diagnosed health conditions should
consult with their physician for a more in-depth physical.



Along with a free physical exam, students will also receive:



- ASPIRE Beverage

- KIND Healthy Grain
Bar

- Free drawstring backpack

- A chance to win an iPad mini (drawing for those who RSVP two or more days in
advance.

Priority and a half hour and one hour time block will be given to those
who RSVP. Walk-ins are welcome but are not guaranteed to be seen. Students
who register 2 or more days in advance will be entered into a drawing for
an iPad Mini!

Qualifying Physical

Examination Clearance Form must be signed by
parent or parent must be present.
