The Blake School Gr. 9–12 Family Open House

The Blake School invites families to learn more about Blake — our faculty and students, our programs, and what makes us unique. Parents and their children are invited to explore and learn more about Blake on Saturday, November 10. Administrators, faculty, current parents and students will be present to discuss school life, curriculum and activities. The Blake School welcomes students and families of diverse backgrounds, talents and experiences, believing strongly that multiple perspectives help create educational excellence.

Blake is a co-educational, independent, Pre-K–12 school enrolling nearly 1,400 students from more than 56 Twin Cities-area communities. Blake provides a dynamic curriculum with exceptional opportunities for each child in academics, the arts, athletics and more and offers a comprehensive liberal arts education that allows for choices based on a student’s special interests and ability. Blake’s student-teacher ratios (9:1) and small class sizes balance academic rigor with personal attention and support for each student.

Commitment to affordability is evidenced by Blake’s strong financial aid program: $3.8 million of need-based financial assistance awarded to nearly 20 percent of the student body.
