Following tradition, we'll uncork the Beaujolais Nouveau from George Duboeuf and keep it flowing all evening. As a new twist, we'll expand to a wide range of wines expertly selected by our partner, The Wine Company.
Seven of the Twin Cities' top chefs will launch this year's Fête du Vin with a lavish array of appetizers. Our list of notable participating restaurants and bakeries include Vincent, a Restaurant, Meritage, Grand Cafe, Barbette, Heidi's, The Barbary Fig, Chez Arnaud, and Rustica Bakery. Dining at the Top of the IDS
Dinner will follow, as you sit down to a superb meal, accompanied by wine presented by The Wine Company, as well as a tempting dessert buffet by Chez Arnaud.
