Why Go: Head behind the Turtle foundation for an hour of outdoor Yoga to start your week out right.

When: Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Why Go: If you're looking for a new weekend evening outing, try a round of bowling or indoor bocce with your friends and perhaps a few drinks.

Lake Minnetonka 

When: Saturday, Aug. 6 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Where: Lowry Nature Center (7025 Victoria Drive, Victoria)
Why Go: Head over to the Carver Park Reserve to explore the world of bugs. A naturalist will lead the insect safari to a variety of observation sites with a handful of catch and release activities.

St. Louis Park

Saana Ensemble Concert
When: Sunday, Aug. 7 at 7 p.m.
Where: 
Why Go: This vocal quintet of local Finns now living in the Twin Cities will perform a range of Finnish music, including hymns, folk and dance music. The performance will be followed by a reception with the group and a tour of the Finish and Jewish Gallery exhibit.
