Underneath the curving, whitewashed window openings and rusticated granite walls, the new Garden Mausoleum has hundreds of niches for the ashes of Lakewood's clients. While the building—intended to supplement the cemetery's existing mausoleum—has appeared largely complete from the outside for months, the cemetery only just opened it to the public last week.
