Dibble: Bill that Would Remove Teachers' Right to Strike Treats Teachers as Bad Actors

Senator Scott Dibble (DFL-Minneapolis) said a bill proposed by Senator David Hann (R-Eden Prairie) assumes that teachers are acting in bad faith during negotiations. In the other video, Hann explains why he proposed the bill.

Senate File 208 was recommended to pass by the state Senate committee on State Government Innovation and Veterans and referred to the Education committee. It would take away teachers' right to strike and repeals a January 15 deadline to negotiate contracts.
