Judd Sampson Named Co-Manager of Edina Realty’s 6800 France Ave. Office

Edina Realty named Judd Sampson co-manager of its office at 6800 France Ave. S., Edina.  Sampson will work with Sharry Schmid who was named office manager in 2011, and is taking over duties from Jeff Shuman, who was named sales manager of Edina Realty’s Plymouth office.

Sampson has been a licensed real estate agent with Edina Realty since 2005. He has served as a mentor to new agents and a regional coach for Edina Realty’s ProKIT, professional tools that help agents build and manage their businesses. Sampson is a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®’ Presidential Advisory Committee (PAC) and is a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute through the National Association of REALTORS®.

“I’m very excited to help lead our team in working with buyers and sellers in Edina and Southwest Minneapolis,” Sampson said. “There’s little doubt in my mind that we’ll see a lot of activity in this spring market, because there’s a lot of pent-up demand for good homes in desirable neighborhoods.”

Edina Realty’s 6800 office in Edina houses more than 160 agents who help home buyers and sellers in Edina as well as Minneapolis, Richfield, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Hopkins, Minnetonka and St. Louis Park. Since last March, the average home price in Edina is up 4.8 percent, according to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®.

Sampson lives in the Shenandoah Terrace area of Southwest Minneapolis.
