CJ Gade Named Assistant Sales Manager of Edina Realty 50th & France Office

Edina Realty named CJ Gade assistant sales manager of its office at 50th and France Ave in Edina. Gade will work with Matt Loskota who was named office manager in November 2013.

Gade has been a licensed agent since 1999 and has been with Edina Realty for 14 years. She has also organized several fundraising events and served on the board of the Edina Realty Foundation. Gade has been an instructor with the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®. She holds business and communication degrees from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn.

“I’m very excited to help lead our team in working with buyers and sellers in one of the Twin Cities’ most vibrant real estate markets,” Gade said. “Edina and Southwest Minneapolis are very desirable communities that are bound to see a lot of activity in the spring market.”

Since last March, the average price of a home in Southwest Minneapolis is up 11.8 percent and the average home price in Edina is up 4.8 percent, according to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®.

Edina Realty’s 50th and France office is located at 4999 France Ave. S., above Anthropologie and Caribou Coffee, with convenient off-street parking. Home to over 100 real estate agents, this office moved last fall after more than 30 years in the same location. Edina Realty has had an office at 50th and France since 1955, when Emma Rovick started Edina Realty.

Gade lives in the Armatage neighborhood of Southwest Minneapolis.
