Will Chef Shack Move Into Old Jack's Space?
Food truck will be using Jack's kitchen for prep work this summer.
That's what Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl, queen of Minneapolis' food journalists, thinks after talking to the operators of seminal Twin Cities food truck Chef Shack.
“We would love that. We would absolutely love it,” Carrie Summer told me. “It’s a possibility, we’ll see.” Happily, the building’s owner, Jerry Nelson, is, Summer told me, “fantastic. He’s really fantastic. He’s very supportive to us, and he really understands us.”
