Linden Hills Residents Get Updates on Two Developments Tonight

Mixed-use developments at 43rd and Upton and 45th and France will be discussed.

The Linden Hills Neighborhood Council will hear updates on two development projects tonight at 7 p.m. in the Linden Hills Park rec center.

First, the long-running saga of the Linden Corners development gets its next installment.

Second, the developers behind a small mixed apartment/office building at 4525 France will present to the group and to neighbors who did not have a chance to weigh in at the last meeting of the Linden Hills Zoning Committee. Developer Scott Carlston had initially not realized he needed to notify neighbors when the Zoning Committee was going to consider his project. Tonight's meeting will offer residents a second chance to provide feedback to Carlston and get more information on the building.
