FAMILY STORYTIME
Where/When: Washburn Library on Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11 a.m.
Why Go: Children ages 2+ can experience the exciting and educational world of stories, music and movement.
Price: Free

KRISTI YAMAGUCHI
Where/When: Wild Rumpus on Saturday, Mar. 13 at 12:30 p.m.
Why Go: The famous figure skater will make her debut appearance at the Wild Rumpus, where she will be reading her new book Dream Big, Little Pig!
Price: Free, but be sure to register ahead of time.

MEET OUR RAPTOR
Where/When: Westwood Hills Nature Center on Sunday, Mar. 13 from 3-4 p.m.
Why Go: Learn all about raptors and even meet the resident Red-tailed Hawk. Afterwards borrow a pair of binoculars to go on a self-guided raptor seeking adventure outside.
Price: $4.50 per St.Louis Park Resident, $5.50 per Non-Resident

MARVELOUS MAPLES
Where/When: Wood Lake Nature Center on Saturday, Mar. 12 from 12:30-2 p.m.; and Sunday, Mar. 13 from 1-2:30 p.m. or 3-4:30 p.m.
Why Go: Discover the cultural and natural history aspects of tapping maple trees as part of the glorious syrup-ing process.

CHESS CLUB
Where/When: Southdale Library on Wednesday, Mar. 9 from 6:30-8 p.m.
Why Go: Anyone in Kindergarten and up is invited to learn the basics of chess and/or improve their strategic game.
