MAIDA Endorses Betsy Hodges for Mayor

Citing her strong fiscal track record, education stance and vision for the city, the Minnesota Asian-Indian Democratic Association (MAIDA) endorsed Betsy Hodges for Mayor of Minneapolis this week.
In their endorsement, MAIDA said, "The Minnesota Asian Indian Democratic Association is proud to endorse Betsy Hodges for Mayor of Minneapolis. We believe Betsy has a continuous and proven track record of fiscal responsibility -- a quality vitally important for the responsible growth of Minneapolis. Betsy is a candidate willing to fight for the city and make the tough choices many politicians often shirk from. While being the responsible candidate, Betsy has a goal to ensure that Minneapolis guarantees excellent educational opportunities for all its citizens. The Indian American community values education as the most important pillar in our society, and the Minnesota Asian Indian Democratic Association believes that a vote for Betsy is a vote to grow Minneapolis while narrowing social gaps."
Betsy Hodges thanked MAIDA saying she appreciated their faith and trust in her and that she looks forward to winning this campaign together.
