As part of their annual "10 Best Days of the Bakken," the Bakken Museum in Linden Hills is bringing a uniquely Minneapolitan set of experts and demonstrations to the museum on Monday. It's the science of food.
Dubbed "The Taste of the Bakken," the event features
- University of Minnesota experts on chemistry explaining how artificial flavoring works, plus a taste-test quiz.
- Nutritionists from Metal & Earth training and conditioning firm.
- The crew from PBS's Sci Girls.
