- Hennepin County Libraries: Open
- Minneapolis city offices: Closed
- Minneapolis parking meters: Not enforced
- Most businesses: Open
- The Bakken Museum: Closed
- Minneapolis Institute of Arts: Closed
- Science Museum of Minnesota: Open until 7 p.m.
- Skating rinks open at: Armatage, Linden Hills, Lyndale Farmstead parks
