Gala For the Children to be held May 2

Risen Christ Catholic School, located in the Powderhorn Park area of Minneapolis, will hold its 18th annual “Gala For the Children” at 5:30pm, Friday, May 2, 2014 at The Depot in downtown Minneapolis, 225 3rd Avenue South. 

WCCO-TV’s Frank Vascellaro will emcee the event, which will raise funds to support the faith-based education of Risen Christ School’s K-8 students by preparing them for success in work and in life, and by advancing the respect of cultural and ethnic values.
