 inneapolis Federation of Teachers) on the union&rsquo\;s take on reform 
 efforts and the impact on teachers and the learning environment\n\n\nNat

 l culture by supporting teachers and principals to create humane environ
 ments\n\nA third education forum is scheduled for September\, and in Oct
 ober the League will host a forum for school board candidates.\nCo-spons
