 field\, Blind Blake\, Muddy Waters\, Spade Cooley... and Merle Travis on
  the radio while Richard and Mimi Fari&ntilde\;a babysit. I've been most
 ly associated with acoustic music as a long time member and co-founder o
 f the Bluegrass/Americana group "The Prairie Wheels" which included Geor
 ge Rothenberger and Russ Rayfield as core members. Associated with The W
 heels at various times were Janine Kemmer\, Kitty Gunn\, Dave Tousley\, 
 Steve Howard and Mark Brier on bass\, and Rick Anderson on guitar and ba
 njo. Before focusing on acoustic sound I played guitar with "Lake Street
  Legend" a cover band that embraced the sound of the early Stones with e
 mphasis on blues\, soul and Motown.
