Hwa Rang Do Minneapolis Academy Sweatin for School Supplies - Zumba Party!
The Hwa Rang Do’s Health & Wellness Program is teaming up to help students in need with school supplies! Saturday, July 21st marks the third session of fitness fun with energy packed, Amy Hodge! If you have not yet tried out the Zumba phenomeno, now's the perfect opportunity!
The Caring Tree's mission is to promote educational success for Minnesota K-12 students in need by ensuring they have adequate school supplies. Suggested donation is $20, which will send 1 student back to school with a backpack filled with 30 (yes, 30!) school supplies. Open to the public, so spread the word to your family, friends and neighbors - let's exceed the goal to provide financial contributions for over 100 backpacks over the summer!
The fourth charitable fitness session will be the following week, Saturday, July 28th - Fighting Fit with Instructor Packard @ 10 a.m., mark your calendars!

More About Hwa Rang Do Minneapolis Academy
The Korean art of Hwa Rang Do may not be as well known as Tae Kwon Do, but according to instructor Dylan Sirny, it's one of the most comprehensive systems of self-defense available. The entire system includes strikes, grappling, kicking, and acrobatics and has more than 100 different weapons. A variety of classes are held every evening for children as young as 3 up through adults. Check its website for more details about upcoming seminars and monthly specials.
