This class is designed for expectant mothers and their own mothers or mothers-in-law. Facilitated by a Lamaze certified childbirth educator and lactation counselor, this class will educate grandmothers-to-be on the ever changing world of bringing up baby. Taught at Blooma Yoga in Minneapolis, this relaxed, informative class, including tea and light fare will be a treasured afternoon together for mothers of all ages.
