This winter, for the first time, Bachman’s will partner with the Fulton and Kingfield Farmers Markets to host a new “Fresh from the Freeze: Winter Farmers Market” inside Bachman’s Lyndale Garden Center. Held on Saturday, January 26, 2013 and Saturday, February 23, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Winter Farmers Markets will feature fresh, locally-grown and locally-produced foods, crafts, clothing and gift items, all in the unmatched, winter comfort of Bachman’s greenhouse environment.
Bachman’s Winter Market shoppers will find their favorite growers and vendors from the Fulton and Kingfield Farmers Markets offering meats, prepared foods, coffee, preserved foods, cheeses, baked goods, yarn, clothing, crafts, lotions/oils, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables.
In addition to providing the indoor venue for the Winter Market, Bachman’s will also have family-friendly entertainment and wine, hard cider and beer to enjoy. Further Winter Farmers Market highlights will include local beers for tasting and food trucks available for lunchtime dining and tasty treats.
