DESCRIPTION:The Flint Hills International Children&rsquo\;s Festival\, pr
 esented by the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts\, is a world-class 
 festival that provides children and their families the opportunity to ex
 perience international puppetry\, dance\, music\, drama\, and more.\nIn 
 its 12th year\, the festival features artists from around the world\, te
 lling stories about different cultures through performing arts.&nbsp\; N
 ot only is this one of the top children&rsquo\;s festivals in the world\
 , it is also unique to Minnesota and something that inspires young peopl
 e to be creative.&nbsp\;\nIndoors at the Ordway\, Lowry Lab Theater\, an
 d Landmark Center\, four sets of artists will perform multiple times on 
 Saturday and Sunday.&nbsp\; A group of nine percussionists from seven di
 fferent countries will mix traditional drumming with contemporary electr
 onic sounds to create a unique musical experience.&nbsp\; There is also 
 a Japanese play about a wolf and goat who form an unlikely friendship\, 
 a Canadian puppet show\, and a story about the swashbuckling adventurer 
 Zorro.&nbsp\; Each show is only $5 per ticket.&nbsp\;\nThe festival also
  features free outdoor performances\, arts and craft activities\, and mo
 re in Rice Park\, Landmark Plaza\, and Hamm Plaza.&nbsp\;
