 ere is no fee for group participants. Costs are covered by Senior Commun
 ity Services. Donations are accepted.\nGroup sessions focus on helping i
 ndividual caregivers as they care for themselves and loved ones. The sup
 port group is a place to share experiences\, struggles\, humor\, coping 
 strategies\, and learn from one another. Education and empowerment oppor
 tunities are presented as well.\nThis group is facilitated by a licensed
  social worker from Senior Community Services.\nFREE RESPITE is availabl
