DESCRIPTION:Can'n and Jam'n Camp celebrates the harvest at J.D. Rivers Ch
 ildren's Garden in Wirth Park. Youth work in the garden\, harvest and al
 so eat the fruits (and vegetables and herbs) of their labor. The camp me
 ets at the JD Rivers Children's Garden and ends at the Pavilion.\nPartic
 ipants harvest veggies from the garden and learn about good harvest prac
 tices and the value of good food for our bodies. Children will most like
 ly make pickles\, salsa\, jam\, salads\, garden crafts and more (weather
  and harvest depending!) A daily snack is included in the camp\, but not

 ooking for an all-day option... Wirth Adventure Day Camp!\nEach afternoo
 n participants will explore the park\, hike the trails\, canoe on the la
 ke\, learn how to build shelters and discover the fine art of outdoor su
 rvival. They&rsquo\;ll start with some structured activities and transit
 ion into their choice of many activities. A snack will be provided. $35/
 person. Minimum 10 participants. Looking for a full day experience? This
  camp is offered immediately following Can'n and Jam'n Camps. &nbsp\;Sup
 ervision will be provided over lunch. Camper must bring their own lunche
