"Plumbing and Sheetrock" may be on the menu at the future home of The Lynn on Bryant, according to co-owner and manager Jay Peterson, but that hasn't stopped a few more details of their planned eatery from slipping out. 

According to Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl of MSP Magazine, The Lynn will offer to-go options like picnic baskets for concerts at the Lake Harriet Bandshell, plus a host of well-done, yet straightforward French-inspired American fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As Grumdahl writes of co-owner and chef Peter Ireland:

What does a white tablecloth, superstar-trained chef do in South Minneapolis? A lot. 

The Lynn may also get specially roasted coffee from St Paul legend Kopplin's Coffee.
